SPRING 17 | GENERATIONS
It is in an age where generational values grow increasingly distanced. The virtues of the old world, of our ancestors now clash with a rebirth of masculinity. We seek to embrace the timeless character of that past while adapting to innovation. As humanity advances, the traits of a gentleman must continue to hold their course. It is the responsibility of the incumbent generation to preserve these rights of passage. An inaugural suit fitting and the first pair of elegant leather shoes bridge the gap between those fathers and their sons.
THE MAGNANNI SPRING 17 COLLECTION HARNESSES THIS COLLISION OF OLD AND NEW. WE SET OUT TO ADVANCE FASHION AMIDST COMPETING SCHOOLS OF THOUGHT. WE DERIVE INSPIRATION FROM A PASSION FOR WEAVING HARMONY FROM DYSFUNCTION. THE RESULT GIVES WAY TO BOLD LINES AND COLOURWAYS JUXTAPOSED AGAINST THEMES OF OLD WORLD GENTEEL AND DECORUM.
